I aim to market my product, honey, in a professional way that is as nearly perfect as the honey bees can make it. However, if you are not satisfied with the product or you determine that there is a defect with the product, I will replace it at no cost to you or refund your purchase price in full. This return policy makes a statement to you, the customer, about the quality of my product and how good and delightful it is; this is why I stand behind it 100%. Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have received your order, but it doesn't look how you imagined, or there is an issue with it, please email us at tuskegeehoney@gmail.com Include your order number if possible and a brief reason for your order return. We will be more than happy to have the honey back. The product must be returned to us unopened and in the same condition as when it arrived. So please re-pack it with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
We hope you will never be unhappy with any honey you buy from us! But if this happens please get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we will be happy to find a solution for you.

I ship all items with USPS Priority Mail only within the United States.
I cannot guarantee ship times.
My standard processing time for your order is within 72 hours from purchase; however, this is subject to our current amount of processing orders, availability of materials, holidays, and any changes made after purchase.
In Case of Damages from Shipping
If the product you ordered was broken during shipping, do not panic. Dispose of any broken jars and glass safely and quickly. All our packages are insured to protect your and our interests. You'll get a full refund, but we need your cooperation.
Once you find out the product is broken, please:
1. Take a picture of the broken item that clearly shows the damage.
2. Take a picture of the item in packing material and the box it was delivered in.
3. Take a picture of the shipping label that clearly shows your address.
4. Email those pictures to us ASAP. tuskegeehoney@gmail.com
5. DO NOT ship the broken item back.
Once we get all the necessary images, we'll issue a full refund!
