Scaling Honey Production with Scuppernong Muscadines

 Scaling Sustainable Honey Production to Advance Farmer Economies in Zone 8b with Scuppernong Muscadines is one of our newest projects for 2025 will include establishing a muscadine vineyard at  our apiary. The  hope is that the muscadine vines will provide a critical source of nectar and pollen during late spring to early summer, a period when fewer flowers are in bloom, thereby increasing honey production and supporting pollinator health.  This project combines agriculture, sustainability, and economic growth, positioning the apiary as a model for integrated farming systems that support both farmers and the environment.
